promise.

What we promise
Every Teamwear order is inspected before it ships. We stand behind manufacturing defects and workmanship faults that appear under normal team use shortly after delivery.
Covered examples include faulty seams that fail without misuse, print or heat-press defects that were not present on the approved proof, and incorrect garments relative to the approved kit list when the error is on our side.
What is not covered
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear from training, games, washing, or storage over a season.
- Damage from misuse, alterations, improper washing, bleach, or high-heat drying against care guidance.
- Sizing, name, number, or logo errors that match the lists and artwork you approved.
- Colour variance within normal dye and print tolerances across production lots.
- Issues reported long after delivery without supporting detail.
Customer-approved data errors are handled under Returns & Remakes, not as warranty defects.
How to open a claim
Contact your sales or production owner in the portal messages, or email teamwear@inbuiltmuscles.com with:
- Order reference
- Clear photos of the issue (and labels if relevant)
- Which pieces are affected (size, name, quantity)
- When you first noticed the problem
We review claims against the approved quote, kit, and production records. If we confirm a covered defect, we arrange a remake or repair path at no charge for the affected pieces.
Remake path
Approved warranty remakes enter production with a schedule from your Client Rep. Timing depends on garment type and current queue. We will not charge again for pieces we accept as our defect.
Shipping for remakes is coordinated case by case. Transit damage claims follow the process on Shipping & Delivery.
Fair dealing
We built Teamwear for programs that need reliable kit, not disposable merch. If something is wrong and it is on us, we fix it. If the issue comes from approved inputs or wear, we will still help you plan a paid replacement where that makes sense.
