A short guide to the cookies and similar technologies we use on the Teamwear portal, and what you can control in your browser.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember a signed-in session, keep forms secure, and (when enabled) measure how pages are used.

Essential cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the Teamwear portal. These include authentication and session cookies from our auth provider so you stay signed in while managing kits, quotes, and messages.

Without these cookies, account pages and staff dashboards cannot function securely. Essential cookies are not used for advertising.

Analytics cookies

We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand which public pages are visited, how visitors move through the catalogue, and where technical issues appear. Analytics cookies help us improve the site. They are not required to request a quote or place an order.

When analytics is active, measurement IDs and related scripts load site-wide on public Teamwear pages. Account and dashboard areas remain focused on your order data, not ad targeting.

How to control cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings. If you block essential cookies, you may be signed out or unable to use the portal. Blocking analytics cookies does not stop you from browsing the catalogue or contacting us.

You can also use browser privacy modes or extensions that limit third-party scripts. Clearing cookies will sign you out of the Teamwear account until you sign in again.

Related policies

Personal data processed through cookies and the portal is described in our Privacy Policy. Portal use is also subject to our Terms and Conditions.
