How we handle
your data.

This Privacy Policy applies to the INBUILT MUSCLES Teamwear website and customer portal (including quote requests, kit submissions, messaging, invoices, and shipment tracking). It covers coaches, program administrators, and other contacts who create accounts or submit information on behalf of a team or organization.

The consumer retail site at inbuiltmuscles.com may have its own notices. This page is specific to Teamwear B2B services.

Depending on how you use the portal, we may collect:

• Account details such as name, email, phone, and role within your program.
• Quote and kit information, including organization name, sport, garment selections, quantities, sizes, artwork notes, and file attachments you upload.
• Price-estimate inquiries you send us (for example via the “Can you beat this?” button on the price calculator), including your name, email, organization, and the estimate details you were shown.
• Messages and acknowledgments exchanged with our sales or production staff inside a submission.
• Quote, invoice, and payment status records tied to your order (amounts, installment parts, sent and paid flags).
• Shipment tracking codes and carrier status updates once an order ships.
• Technical data needed to run the site securely, such as session cookies and basic server logs.

We use this information to:

• Respond to quote requests and build custom kits.
• Authenticate your account and keep your submissions private.
• Coordinate production, handoffs, invoices, holds, and delivery.
• Send transactional email about your order status.
• Follow up on price-estimate inquiries you send us. We only send marketing or promotional email if you expressly opted in (for example by ticking the offers checkbox on the calculator), and every such email includes an unsubscribe option. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
• Improve reliability and security of the portal.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Teamwear order data for unrelated advertising networks.

Access inside our company is role-based. Sales staff see orders assigned to them. Production staff see orders after handoff. Managers and leadership may review team-scoped or company-wide records as needed to run the business.

You and authorized contacts on your account can view your own submissions, quotes, invoices, and tracking details in the portal.

We use trusted processors to operate Teamwear. Today that includes hosting and infrastructure partners, Supabase for authentication and database storage, Resend for transactional email, and Track123 for carrier tracking enrichment when a tracking code is set.

These providers process data only to deliver the services we configure. They are not authorized to use your Teamwear data for their own marketing.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect the session. When we enable analytics (such as Google Analytics), we will use them to understand site usage in aggregate. Details live on our Cookie Policy.

We keep account and order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order, support remakes or warranty claims, meet accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. If you ask us to delete an account, we will remove or anonymize personal fields where we are not legally required to retain them.

You can update profile details in your account when signed in. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are in Canada, you may also have rights under applicable privacy legislation. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
