Made to order
Teamwear kits are produced for your program after quote acceptance and design or sizing approval. Unlike retail apparel, unused custom kits generally cannot be returned for a refund because they cannot be resold to another team.
That is why we ask you to review proofs, size lists, and quantities carefully before production starts.
Effect of approval
When you accept a quote and approve artwork or roster details, those inputs become the production standard. Remakes for mistakes that match your approved files are typically billable, not free.
If we produced something different from the approved standard, that is treated as our error under Warranty.
When remakes apply
We will discuss a remake when:
- Manufacturing or decoration does not match the approved proof or kit list (our fault).
- A covered workmanship defect appears under normal use (warranty).
- You request a change after approval and agree to cost and timing for a new run (customer-requested remake).
Partial remakes (only the affected pieces) are preferred when the rest of the order is correct.
How to request a remake
Message your assigned contact in the order thread, or email teamwear@inbuiltmuscles.com with the order reference, photos, and a clear list of pieces to remake.
We confirm whether the remake is covered, quote any billable portion, and set a production window. Do not ship garments back unless we ask you to. Return shipping instructions are issued only when we need the physical pieces.
Timeline expectations
Remake timing depends on garment type, decoration method, and current production load. Your Client Rep will give a target date when the remake is approved. Rush remakes may be available for an additional fee when capacity allows.
Carrier transit after remake completion follows the same tracking process described in Shipping & Delivery.
Cancellations
Before production starts, ask your sales contact about cancelling or changing an accepted quote. Once materials are cut or decorated, cancellation may not be possible, or may incur charges for work already completed.
Still unsure
Use Contact or your portal messages. Include the order reference so we can pull the right file quickly.
